It is a yearly membership for established Total Primary Care patients that includes 112+ advanced lab markers, reviewed by your own clinician, with a personalized plan to act on your results.
How often will I be tested?
Twice a year. You start with the full panel at your annual visit, then re-test the most action-relevant markers at a mid-year follow-up. Additional markers are available on-demand.
Where is my blood drawn?
At your local Total Primary Care clinic, by the team that already knows you — no separate lab trip or mail-in kit.
Will someone explain my results?
Yes. Every result is reviewed by a Total Primary Care clinician and discussed with you, with clear next steps.
How much does it cost?
$365 per year — about $1 a day. It is HSA/FSA eligible and does not require insurance. Certain add-on tests and imaging are available for an additional cost.

Total Longevity Labs provides preventive lab testing as a convenience to established Total Primary Care patients and is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Results are reviewed by a Total Primary Care clinician; abnormal findings may require additional evaluation not included in the membership price. Membership is billed annually at $365 and covers the listed panel; certain add-on tests and imaging require additional payment. HSA/FSA eligibility varies by plan — consult your plan administrator.
