Naviwell and Total Men’s Primary have partnered together to offer comprehensive lifestyle medicine programs specifically designed to our patients needs. Patients will have access to an in-person trainer that will guide them through a workout program specifically tailored to their needs. As well as access to a virtual nutritionist who will guide patients through a customizable nutritional plan.
